Role description

Responsibilities

  • Promote and follow site safety requirements.
  • Lead reliability and root-cause analysis activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Develop and improve preventive-maintenance schedules.
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Track performance and reliability metrics.
  • Maintain reliability documentation and support a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Knowledge of electrical-distribution systems.
  • Maintenance Management Professional or reliability certification is an asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated urgency, curiosity, teamwork and leadership potential.
