Responsibilities
- Follow and reinforce site safety requirements.
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Coordinate inspections and preventive-maintenance work.
- Maintain records and support inventory control.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Ensure required materials and spare parts are available.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of pulp-and-paper or comparable industrial experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree, a minimum two-year engineering/technical post-secondary program, and/or Red Seal Electrical or Instrumentation certification.
- Advanced English.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CMMS/work-order management and scheduling; JD Edwards E1 is an asset.
