Role overview

Senior product-marketing leadership mandate for a technology/SaaS organization. The role is responsible for elevating the product-marketing function and strengthening how the company explains, launches and grows its products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and sharpen product narrative, positioning and messaging across audiences.
• Influence product strategy using market, customer and competitive insight.
• Build go-to-market strategy and improve coordination across product, sales and marketing.
• Lead product launches and adoption initiatives with clear commercial outcomes.
• Modernize product-marketing workflows, including thoughtful use of AI-enabled tools and processes.
• Operate as a senior cross-functional leader and trusted partner to executives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in product marketing within SaaS or technology.
• Strong record in positioning, messaging, narrative development and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through organizational change.
• Comfort using market and customer evidence to shape product and commercial decisions.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling ability.

Compensation and work model

Remote within Canada. Public salary range: CAD 200,000–240,000 per year.
