Role overview
Senior growth-marketing role with ownership of paid acquisition and the broader acquisition funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition across major platforms including Meta and Google.
- Own performance across the customer-acquisition funnel rather than media buying in isolation.
- Analyze the customer journey and identify conversion opportunities and friction.
- Build an experimentation roadmap and use testing to improve growth efficiency.
- Strengthen measurement, reporting and decision-making using performance data.
- Operate with substantial autonomy while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Senior hands-on performance-marketing experience across paid digital channels.
- Strong command of acquisition economics, conversion and funnel optimization.
- Comfort with experimentation, reporting and data-driven growth decisions.
- Ability to connect channel performance to customer and business outcomes.
- Leadership maturity and ability to own strategy as well as execution.

Compensation
Public salary range: CAD 90,000–100,000 per year.
