Program Manager

Manufacturing program-management role in London supporting customers and operations through product launches, engineering changes and ongoing production. The Program Manager acts as the principal liaison between customer and plant, managing launch plans, drawings, specifications, technical documentation, prototype builds, samples, timelines and deliverables. The role coordinates new manufacturing-equipment acquisition, specification, design, layout, installation and launch and works with internal teams and contractors to keep projects safe, on schedule and within budget. Quality responsibilities include APQP documentation, feasibility reviews, prototype programs, GD&T, process flow charts, FMEAs, control plans, process sheets, Gauge R&R and capability studies. The position also communicates engineering changes and program status, supports customer quality issues and drives continuous improvement.

Requires experience in program management, engineering or manufacturing, strong project-management and organizational skills, experience with product launches and manufacturing processes, and knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T and quality documentation. Strong customer communication, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills are expected. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally when required and must hold a passport.

London, Ontario. Direct-hire, full-time position. Public salary: $80,000 per year. International travel may be required.
