Role description
DefineHR is recruiting a Project Manager to lead industrial-automation projects from order intake through final customer buyoff. The role owns scope, schedule, budget and risk; leads quoting, process planning, schedules, resource plans and cost tracking; runs kickoffs/design reviews/customer milestones; coordinates mechanical design, controls, tooling, manufacturing and installation; oversees commissioning and validation; and serves as the customer’s primary point of contact.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management or 4+ years specifically in automotive/automation; engineering background in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar; bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; automotive/high-volume manufacturing experience; working literacy in PLC/robot programming, tooling and controls integration; G2/G driver’s licence. PMP is an asset.
