Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

EverAI is hiring a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor for a fully remote role available from Canada. The position sits at the intersection of generative AI, cinematic storytelling and post-production. The editor owns the production workflow from concept and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, graphic design and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize scripts around existing EverAI AI characters and current production needs.
• Create narrative-driven long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with strong attention to storytelling, atmosphere and visual coherence.
• Own end-to-end AI video workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing and post-production.
• Build, customize and optimize ComfyUI node-based workflows for image and video generation.
• Use Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, ComfyUI, Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, Runway and other current or emerging AI-video tools where appropriate.
• Maintain character appearance, scene continuity and stylistic consistency across longer AI-generated narratives.
• Integrate motion graphics, compositing and colour correction into polished final outputs.
• Experiment rapidly with new models, tools and techniques, share learnings with the team and continuously improve production speed, scalability and quality.
• Work closely with the Content Lead while retaining significant autonomy over execution and technical decisions.

Hard skills

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio that includes AI-driven video work.
• Proven ComfyUI experience, including building and managing complex node-based workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related techniques such as advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling and inpainting.
• Hands-on experience with current AI video models and platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, Runway or comparable emerging tools.
• Solid understanding of AI image/video pipelines, prompting, batching, consistency techniques and post-processing.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or comparable traditional editing tools.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition and cinematic-language skills.
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

Assets

• AI-native storytelling or filmmaking experience.
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or colour work.
• Experience training/customizing models such as LoRAs, embeddings or fine-tuning.
• Experience in adult, dating or adjacent creative industries.
