Role description
An international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Planning & Purchasing Manager to lead a team of planner-buyers and help transform planning, procurement and supplier-performance practices. The role includes S&OP, inventory optimization, supplier risk, performance indicators, negotiations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7 to 10 years in planning/procurement, including 3 to 5 years of people management.
• Regulated-industry experience, ideally pharma or food.
• Strong S&OP, inventory and supply-planning expertise.
• ERP knowledge; SAP is an asset.
• French-English bilingualism and strong leadership.
Additional information
Listed salary: CAD 115,000 to 140,000. Permanent role with four weeks of vacation, employer-paid group insurance, telemedicine, retirement contribution, flexible schedule and hybrid work.
