In response to accelerating business development and a steady increase in client mandates, the firm is seeking an experienced lawyer who is eager to take on a strategic role within the team.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in transactional law and financing who is looking to advance their career in an environment that values autonomy, initiative, and client relationships.
You will join an active and diversified practice serving primarily entrepreneurs, SMEs, and growing businesses, with the opportunity to work directly on sophisticated and high-profile matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Independently lead corporate transactions from start to finish.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, business sales, and corporate reorganizations.
- Participate in conventional and alternative financing transactions.
- Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial and transactional agreements.
- Develop long-term trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic advisor.
