Administrative Assistant – South Shore Company

YOUR ROLE:
Your main responsibilities will included:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team and assisting with a variety of operational activities;
Drafting, preparing, proofreading, and formatting communications, documents, and reports;
Welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner and coordinating conference room logistics;
Managing incoming calls and the company's general inbox, ensuring timely processing and follow-up with the appropriate stakeholders;
Serving as a key point of contact for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Diploma of vocational studies or college diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role;
Experience within a professional services environment is considered an asset;
Strong bilingual communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken;
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including document formatting and layout tools;
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills;
Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism;
Self-motivated, highly organized, professional, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities;
Good command of both French and English, spoken and written.
