Role description

Executive strategy-and-operations role for an AI-forward Canadian technology company, available remotely across Canada. The VP shapes company strategy and operating priorities, improves organizational systems and decision-making, supports sales and commercial execution, develops leaders and teams, and translates AI opportunities into practical operating improvements. The position works closely with senior leadership across functions and combines strategy, operations, communication and people leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant leadership experience with 3+ years at executive level; strong strategy, operations, sales/commercial and people-leadership capability; excellent executive communication; practical understanding of AI as an operating lever.
