Role description

Executive product role for a Canadian technology organization, available remotely across Canada. The VP sets product vision and strategy, aligns portfolio priorities with company objectives, builds and coaches product leadership, partners with engineering and design, and establishes operating rhythms and metrics that connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes. Qualifications

8+ years of relevant product experience with 3+ years in product leadership; record of building strategy and shipping products; strong executive, cross-functional and team-development skills; familiarity with AI-enabled product development is relevant.
