Notary / Notaire (Bilingual) – Hybrid – Montreal, QC

About the mandate

Inner Circle Agency is recruiting for a growing national notarial practice. The role is open both to newly licensed notaries who want mentorship and to more autonomous professionals looking for flexibility and long-term growth.

Main responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial real-estate transactions.
• Draft and review notarial documents and agreements.
• Meet with clients and guide them through transactions.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, legal professionals and other parties.
• Ensure files comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines and documentation independently.
• Support the broader team on notarial and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Licensed notary in Québec.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.

Preferred

• Real-estate or notarial-law experience.
• Ability to manage files independently.
• Interest in mentorship and long-term development.

Full-time. Hybrid flexibility is available after onboarding and training. The client advertises health and dental benefits, administrative support, optional mentorship and access to multiple Montréal-area offices.
