Role description
The Senior Business Analyst will support a mining and agriculture organization on a 12-month contract with possible extension. The role links business stakeholders, project teams, technical resources, and operational support groups across multiple concurrent initiatives. It combines senior business analysis, Agile delivery leadership, and sustainment-transition responsibilities. Duties include eliciting requirements, documenting future-state processes, building Jira workstreams, facilitating Agile execution, coordinating project activities, supporting testing, and establishing sustainable operating models for production support. Initiatives include turnaround planning, maintenance and reliability, operational improvements, and enterprise applications.
Qualifications
Expert facilitation, business analysis and process-management experience; stakeholder engagement; Agile and Waterfall delivery; requirements elicitation; business-requirements analysis; UAT, system-integration and regression testing; Jira required.
