Role description
The Change Manager will lead organizational change management for enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives at a mining-industry client, with emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors. The role drives stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement across a geographically dispersed workforce.
