Description du poste
The Change Manager will lead organizational change management for enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives at a mining-industry client, with emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors. The role drives stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement across a geographically dispersed workforce. It partners with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to support adoption of new processes and technologies and lasting behavioral change. Qualifications
