Description du poste
The Project Coordinator will support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with Project Managers and Site Superintendents. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, coordinating RFIs and submittals, supporting procurement, tracking schedules and budgets, assisting with contract administration, and keeping project information current. The role is intended for someone developing toward project management and requires experience in a commercial General Contractor environment. Projects may include commercial, institutional, mixed-use, retail, healthcare, educational, and public-sector construction. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are emphasized.
Qualifications
1–4 years in commercial construction project coordination; commercial General Contractor experience; knowledge of project lifecycle; RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, procurement and contract documentation; schedule, budget and reporting familiarity; Microsoft Office.
