Description du poste
The Social Media Manager will lead a portfolio of entertainment-focused social channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat for a digital media and technology organization. The role owns audience growth, engagement, monetization, brand strategy, performance metrics, and content planning while managing Social Media Leads and Social Channel Managers. It partners with enterprise clients, platform representatives, creative teams, and internal content groups; presents strategies and performance to senior stakeholders; supports new business; monitors algorithm and policy changes; and ensures rights, licensing, platform-policy, and brand-safety compliance. The position emphasizes platform relationships and monetization through Facebook and Snapchat programs.
Qualifications
4+ years social strategy, content management or audience growth; 3+ years people leadership; relationships with TikTok, Meta and Snapchat; audience growth and monetization success; platform algorithms and formats; executive presentations; analytics-driven decisions.
