Description du poste
The Technical Product Manager will support a leading retail client’s Enterprise Observability team and lead an AI tooling chargeback initiative. The role combines product management, governance, operations, and stakeholder leadership. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap and strategy for observability platforms, leading AI tooling governance and chargeback, partnering with engineering, architecture, security, and leadership, defining success metrics, tracking utilization, supporting cost optimization, and managing strategic vendors. The position helps scale observability and AI engineering practices across the enterprise and communicates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Technical or Platform Product Manager; enterprise roadmap ownership; stakeholder and cross-functional leadership; governance, compliance or operational controls; executive communication; vendor, budget or contract management; strong writing and documentation.
