Description du poste
The SuccessFactors System Administrator/Technical Solutions Analyst will join a large enterprise construction client on a six-month contract with strong extension potential. Based in Edmonton, the role begins with a short remote period and transitions to five days onsite once office space is available. The position performs hands-on configuration, technical analysis, reporting, integrations, and system support across SAP SuccessFactors modules. It works with business users, analysts, subject-matter experts, and technical teams, and supports a major transition from SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to SmartRecruiter.
Qualifications
3–5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration; permissions and role-based access, UI layouts, data extensions and object configuration; business-to-system design; specified SuccessFactors certifications; undergraduate technical degree.
