Project Manager - SuccessFactors Optimization Program

The Project Manager will lead a strategic SAP SuccessFactors Optimization Program across multiple jurisdictions and operating regions. The program will standardize employee lifecycle processes, optimize Employee Central, enhance Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning capabilities, improve HR data quality and self-service, and strengthen integrations with payroll, identity, and enterprise systems. The manager owns end-to-end execution through go-live and hypercare, including plans, schedules, budgets, governance, reporting, RAID management, stakeholder alignment, vendor oversight, requirements, testing, training, deployment, cutover, and transition to operations. The role spans Corporate, Canada, and the United States in a complex multi-site organization.

7–9 years project management; 3+ years SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimization; Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, migration and integrations; global or multi-site experience; partner management; governance, risk, budget, change, testing and deployment.
