About the opportunity
Inspired HR is recruiting a Head of Marketing for a fast-growing founder-led B2B SaaS company. The role owns market positioning, demand generation and pipeline creation as the business enters its next growth stage.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute the marketing and go-to-market strategy.
• Drive net-new lead generation and pipeline creation.
• Strengthen brand positioning and messaging.
• Build scalable demand-generation programs.
• Use partnerships, events, referrals, digital channels and customer data to improve market reach and revenue performance.
Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven ownership of revenue, pipeline, bookings or ARR targets.
• Strong demand-generation and product-marketing experience.
• Ability to set strategy and execute hands-on.
• Strong writing, communication and brand-development skills.
