Role description
About the opportunity
Inspired HR is partnering with a confidential healthcare organization to recruit an HR Generalist supporting operations across Western Canada. The role reports to the HR Manager and acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across Western Canada.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for clinic and operational roles.
• Support engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
• Advise on performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate leaves, accommodations, return-to-work and HR projects.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Post-secondary education in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment standards, human rights and workplace health and safety.
• Full-cycle recruitment and employee-relations experience.
• CHRP designation or progress toward it is an asset; English/French bilingualism is a strong asset.
Additional information
Burnaby, British Columbia. Full-time. Salary range: CAD $75,000–$85,000. Health and dental benefits, wellness and vacation programs, professional-development support and employee assistance program.
