Director of Finance & Administration

Integria is recruiting a Director of Finance & Administration for a fast-growing food manufacturing, packaging and distribution business. As a member of the senior leadership team, the person serves as the General Manager’s senior financial partner and owns financial performance, controls, working capital, administration and IT oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgets, forecasts, close, audits and banking relationships.
• Drive product costing, standard costs, yield and variance analysis, and profitability by product, customer and channel.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, credit, receivables/payables metrics and inventory investment.
• Evaluate capital investments, pricing models, contracts and growth initiatives and present ROI-based recommendations.
• Strengthen internal controls, inventory governance and risk management.
• Oversee administration and the IT team, including priorities, security and ERP evolution.
• Develop the finance, administration and IT team and build a culture of initiative and ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Hands-on accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost-accounting and inventory-management expertise.
• Advanced ERP, Excel, financial-analysis and data-visualization capability.
• Proven people leadership and ability to partner with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.

The role calls for a business leader who explains what the numbers mean, proposes alternatives and owns outcomes rather than operating only as an accounting executor.

On-site role. The company operates its production, packaging, warehousing and fulfillment facility in Baie-D’Urfé, which RBB uses as the operational job location.
