Senior Product Manager – Port Sector

Integria is recruiting a leader responsible for the end-to-end success, growth and evolution of a product line serving ports and terminals. The role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, market insight, commercial performance and delivery of customer solutions that may require configuration, integration or custom engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, value proposition, roadmap and product-level performance metrics.
• Build deep knowledge of port operations, training needs, market trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Engineering and Operations to convert customer needs into clear requirements, scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Lead deliveries involving configuration, integration or customization while maintaining visibility on schedule, risk and change.
• Support positioning, pricing, proposals, demonstrations and go-to-market strategy.

A core challenge is balancing customer-specific requirements with scalable product development and deciding which recurring needs should become standard or configurable capabilities.

• 8+ years of product management or product-leadership experience with complex B2B products.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle and commercial performance.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and delivering configurable or customer-specific solutions.
• Strong understanding of scope, requirements, change, risk and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams delivering software, hardware or integrated systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Assets include operator training or simulation, industrial automation, safety-critical systems, combined software/hardware products, OEM relationships and project or program-management experience.

Published compensation: CAD 125,000–150,000 per year, including a discretionary bonus.
