The Opportunity We are seeking a Head, Partnership Development to define and execute the organization’s partnership growth strategy across corporate, foundation, and institutional partnerships.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with accountability to the Co-Founder, this senior leader will lead the Partnership Development function, oversee a team of Directors, and build the strategies, systems, and capabilities required to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term impact.
As a member of the leadership team, the Head, Partnership Development will set partnership strategy, drive business development performance, identify new market opportunities, and represent the organization with executive-level partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partnership growth strategy across corporate, foundation, and institutional partnerships.
- Lead and develop the Partnership Development team, including the Directors of Partnership Architecture for Corporate and Foundations.
- Build partnership strategies, revenue plans, and pipelines that deliver measurable results.
- Secure transformational corporate, foundation, and institutional partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners, C-suite executives, Boards, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence organizational strategy.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue performance, and partnership targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Represent the organization with corporations, foundations, ultra/high net worth and high-profile individuals.
- Leverage CRM platforms, data analytics, AI, and technology to support smarter business decisions.
- Travel as required.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in partnership development, business development, fundraising, or strategic revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success leading and growing high-performing partnership teams.
- Proven track record securing transformational corporate, foundation, or institutional partnerships.
- Strong understanding of corporate, foundation, and philanthropic partnership ecosystems.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, financial and analytical skills.
- Experience leading through complexity and change in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing leaders.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to balance strategy with execution.
- Passion for social impact and mission-driven leadership.
- Partnership growth strategy is successfully developed and executed.
- A high-performing Partnership Development team is built and led.
- Annual partnership revenue and pipeline targets are achieved.
