Role description
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Design, develop and implement mechanical systems and improvements.
- Optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Conduct feasibility, cost and risk analyses.
- Support project planning and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Ensure work aligns with safety and environmental requirements and contribute to leadership/training opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent English.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance and reliability.
- Root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement experience.
- Project-leadership and communication skills.
- Strong safety orientation, adaptability and initiative.
