Role description
Poste en comptabilité et finance au sein d’une entreprise privée de construction de taille moyenne à Gatineau. Le mandat combine facturation de projets, consolidation mensuelle et analyse financière en collaboration étroite avec la direction financière et les chargés de projets.
Responsabilités
- Préparer la facturation mensuelle des projets et effectuer les suivis nécessaires.
- Réaliser la consolidation mensuelle des résultats.
- Produire et analyser l’information financière pour les besoins internes.
- Améliorer les processus financiers entre les départements.
- Préparer et analyser les travaux en cours des projets et participer aux rencontres de suivi.
- Contribuer aux dossiers financiers à portée légale.
- Appuyer la direction des finances dans les analyses, présentations et dossiers de fin d’année.
Qualifications
Profil recherché
- Formation en comptabilité.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en finance ou comptabilité.
- Français et anglais de niveau avancé.
- Bonne maîtrise d’un ERP; expérience avec Maestro appréciée.
- Aisance avec la suite Office.
- Rigueur, sens des priorités et capacité à collaborer avec les opérations.
