Role description
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to supervisors and staff while maintaining safe operations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Manage operational and financial performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Support budgeting and capital planning.
- Coach team members and coordinate with safety and support functions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience; construction-management experience in piling or deep foundations is an asset.
- Associate-level education or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in operations/engineering is an asset.
- Intermediate English.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Lean/Six Sigma exposure is an asset.
- Strong process, quality-assurance, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory systems and strong customer communication.
