Customer Project Manager

Macnica Americas is seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to lead delivery of bespoke technology solutions from project kick-off through hand-off and adoption. The role connects customers with sales, engineering, product-management teams and external partners, translating requirements into coordinated project activity while keeping schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables visible. During onboarding, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams on strategic initiatives and product-development projects to learn Macnica’s technologies and processes. The position then transitions into ownership of customer solution delivery, including implementation support, project meetings, progress reporting, issue resolution, partner coordination, post-deployment follow-up and continuous improvement. The role requires the ability to build credible customer relationships while keeping technical and commercial stakeholders aligned.

Candidates should have experience managing technical or engineering-related projects, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners. Experience in software, embedded systems, semiconductors, engineering or another technology environment is preferred. Familiarity with project-management tools and methods is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management or a related field is requested, together with approximately three to seven years of project-management experience.

Remote role based in Ottawa, Ontario. Published compensation is CAD $82,400–$103,000 annually, with final compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications and role alignment. Employer: Macnica Americas.
