Director, Warehousing and Logistics

## Position
A rapidly growing food manufacturer serving Quebec and international customers is recruiting a Director of Warehousing and Logistics in Greater Montreal. The mandate combines multi-site warehouse leadership, expansion planning, inventory improvement and coordination of transportation. This is a hands-on executive role requiring both sustainable processes and presence on the warehouse floor when operating conditions demand it.

## Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse operations across more than one location.
- Establish scalable warehousing methods and processes for increasing volumes.
- Analyze options for additional warehouse capacity and space.
- Help launch new facilities, implement procedures and start operations.
- Improve stock control, inventory accuracy and product rotation.
- Lead and develop independent warehouse supervisors.
- Coordinate transportation providers, production teams and export-support activities.
- Remain accessible to operating teams during high-volume periods.
- Anticipate capacity, personnel and process needs ahead of growth.

## Compensation and benefits
- Base pay between $100,000 and $125,000.

## Requirements
- Five to ten years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple facilities, ideally in third-party logistics or warehouse start-ups.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Proactive, organized and forward-looking management style.
- Food-industry or exporting experience is an asset.
