Logistics Coordinator

## Position overview
A client in the fashion and apparel sector is hiring a Logistics Coordinator, also described as a Traffic Coordinator, to manage import and export transportation documentation and communications. The position is based in Montreal.

## Responsibilities
- Review freight invoices and customs broker invoices for billing accuracy and correct classification.
- Verify import and export documentation and customs declarations for Canada and the United States.
- Prepare export documents and declarations.
- Respond to the daily shipment bookings of freight forwarders.
- Ensure customs brokers receive all required import paperwork.
- Track and trace shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely customs release and delivery.
- Consolidate and coordinate shipments to reduce freight and brokerage expenses.

## Compensation
