Role description
Responsibilities
- Follow and promote all safety requirements.
- Lead a team of approximately five engineers.
- Oversee project-engineering delivery and technical performance.
- Develop and apply engineering processes and best practices.
- Manage project P&L responsibilities and commercial performance.
- Coordinate stakeholders, risks and project reporting.
- Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluent English.
- Strong leadership and experience managing civil/construction project teams.
- Knowledge of project-management methodologies and P&L management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commercial experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
