Role description
Stratagem Talent Advisory is recruiting a Plant Director for a plastic-extrusion operation in Port Coquitlam / Greater Vancouver. The director leads production, logistics, machine-shop operations, tooling and product development, quality and technical collaboration. The mandate includes capacity and workforce planning, equipment utilization, safety/quality/delivery/cost performance, continuous improvement, productivity and waste reduction, KPI management and corrective action, and development of an accountable plant culture.
Qualifications
Senior manufacturing/plant leadership experience in a relevant industrial environment, strong operational and people leadership, KPI/continuous-improvement capability, cost/productivity management, quality and safety leadership, and ability to align plant performance with customer demand and business goals.
Additional information
Full-time Greater Vancouver / Port Coquitlam search. Published base salary CAD 150,000–170,000 plus annual bonus. Faris Darwazeh is the direct job poster.
