Role description
Role overview: Team Global is recruiting a full-time HR Generalist in Scarborough. The position focuses heavily on full-cycle recruitment while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR operations and employment compliance.
Responsibilities include job posting and sourcing, screening and interviewing, reference checks, offers and onboarding, candidate-pipeline development, working with hiring managers, maintaining HR records, employee-relations support and policy implementation.
The posting asks for a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and 2–3 years of HR or recruitment experience. Staffing-agency experience is strongly preferred. Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms are used; CHRP or progress toward it is an asset. English and Mandarin bilingual ability is also an asset.
