Position overview
Industrial electrician role in an automated manufacturing facility, working within a maintenance team of electricians and millwrights. The work centres on troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of high-speed automated production equipment.
Schedule and environment
- Rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts every two weeks.
- Food, beverage, bottling, packaging and pharmaceutical experience are considered assets.
Compensation
The detailed posting states a $45/hour starting wage based on credentials and a strong benefits program. The current job-board card displays a $44–$45/hour range; RBB preserves that live board range.
Qualifications
- 442A or Red Seal Industrial Electrician; 309A accepted with industrial experience.
- Available for three-shift rotation.
- Experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment.
- 5+ years of Canadian manufacturing-industry experience.
