Field Service Technician - Windsor/London

Position overview

Field-service role in the London/Windsor region supporting installation, maintenance and servicing of industrial bulk-gas supply systems, on-site production units, cryogenic/food-freezing equipment and process piping networks. The role is autonomous and includes company-provided tools, technology and a take-home service vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and service bulk-gas systems, piping, electronic controls and instrumentation.
• Perform specialized pipefitting, welding and brazing using schematics and drawings.
• Coordinate contractors, commission equipment and manage work orders digitally.
• Complete field documentation and join the after-hours emergency-response rotation.

Compensation and benefits

$39.05/hour with structured wage progression, overtime, extended health, health spending account and RRSP matching. Service truck, phone, laptop, tablet and corporate credit card supplied.

• Must reside in or near London/Windsor.
• Trade qualification or Journeyman ticket in electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, welding or related industrial trade.
• 3–5 years industrial field-service experience; compressed-gas/cryogenic experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint/schematic reading, Excel and independent diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s licence; able to lift up to 60 lb, work outdoors and accommodate overtime/flexible scheduling.

Approximately 15% regional Ontario travel with occasional cross-provincial travel.
