Description du poste
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Loan Operations Specialist on a 12-month contract for a financial-services firm focused on legal financing.
Responsibilities include loan application processing, document verification, client and law-firm service, online loan documentation, client-portal assistance, monthly and daily statements, CRM/loan-system recordkeeping, issue investigation, audit support and process improvement.
The posting asks for 2+ years of customer-service or administrative experience and prefers a college or university business degree. Strong communication, organization and attention to detail are required. Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills are requested, together with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
Public compensation: 55–60k.
