Description du poste
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Senior Real Estate Development Manager for a real-estate-development client. The role leads planning and development of low-rise projects across the suburban GTHA from feasibility and due diligence through approvals, construction coordination and completion.
Responsibilities include managing design and consultant teams, municipal and County relationships, permitting and approvals, landowner-group issues, due diligence and risk analysis, project budgets and timelines, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
The posting asks for at least 5 years of low-rise real-estate-development experience in the GTA/GTHA and a strong understanding of planning, zoning and municipal approvals. A bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is requested; a master’s degree and designations such as P.Eng., PMP, RPP or LEED are assets.
