Description du poste
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Strategic Projects Lead for the Office of the CIO at a Toronto-based multi-strategy hedge fund. The role combines rapid research, strategic initiative ownership, AI-enabled workflow development, philanthropy support and event execution.
Responsibilities include preparing the CIO for meetings and decisions, leading time-bound strategic initiatives, building AI-powered tools and workflows, supporting the Equity Fund’s planning and donor work, preparing briefing materials and managing high-touch events, vendors and hospitality.
The posting values strong analytical and written communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, high judgment and discretion, event-planning experience, interest in AI and automation, social-media familiarity and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Public compensation: 150–170k.
