Description du poste
Role overview: TDS Personnel is recruiting a Client Service Associate for a boutique wealth-management firm. The position acts as a day-to-day liaison between the firm and its investors and combines client service, account administration, documentation and operational follow-through.
Responsibilities include client onboarding, account-opening documentation, CRM and custodian-system administration, subscription documents, KYC/AML and tax-season support, preparation of client meeting packages, maintenance of client records and collaboration with custodians and other partners.
The posting seeks an undergraduate degree and preferably 4+ years of related experience. Strong knowledge of Canadian investment-account administration and regulatory requirements is useful. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems is expected; marketing, communications or multimedia experience is an additional asset.
