Role description
Remote Canadian contract role supporting application-development initiatives for a healthcare organization. The Product Owner analyzes data, leads working sessions, defines processes, roles, metrics and KPIs, identifies adoption risks and translates business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
The mandate also includes collaboration with developers, UAT enablement, stakeholder facilitation and guidance on communications, training and organizational change-management materials.
Qualifications
• Product Owner experience supporting application-development initiatives.
• ServiceNow App Engine / Application Development experience.
• Strong ability to develop functional requirements and user stories.
• UAT experience.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Ability to work with technical teams and provide functional subject-matter expertise.
