Role description

Role overview

Bevertec is recruiting an intermediate Application Support Specialist for a Toronto contract focused on end-user and operational support for digital applications. The position handles incidents, service requests and troubleshooting across web, IVR and related business systems and works with technical teams to restore service and improve recurring support issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application and end-user support for business-critical digital systems.
  • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolution.
  • Support web and IVR-related applications and user requests.
  • Document issues, resolutions and recurring operational problems.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate application-support or help-desk experience.
  • Experience supporting websites, digital systems or IVR solutions.
  • Strong incident troubleshooting and user-support skills.
  • Ability to document technical issues clearly and work across teams.
  • Availability for the required full-time on-site Toronto schedule.

Additional information
