Role description
Contexte
Le MH AFHT recrute quatre administrateurs fondateurs pour établir sa gouvernance et contribuer à la direction stratégique de cette nouvelle organisation de soins primaires académique.
Mandat
- Assurer surveillance stratégique, mission, ressources et qualité de la gouvernance.
- Contribuer à stratégie, finances, risque, qualité, performance et politiques.
- Agir comme ambassadeur et renforcer les liens avec système de santé, milieu académique et communauté.
- Participer à l’établissement de la culture et des pratiques du conseil.
Qualifications
- Expérience démontrée de conseil d’administration.
- Compétences collectives : stratégie, finances, risque, qualité/performance, RH, santé, engagement communautaire et développement organisationnel.
- Au moins un CPA et au moins un avocat particulièrement recherchés.
- Jugement solide, collaboration et engagement envers la mission.
