Role description
Contexte
Le Office Manager joue un rôle clé dans la planification et l’implantation du nouveau MH AFHT, puis dirigera les opérations quotidiennes après le lancement.
Responsabilités
- Développer plans de projet, échéanciers et workplans.
- Coordonner gouvernance/incorporation, préparation clinique, workforce planning et enablement numérique.
- Suivre jalons, risques, dépendances et mitigation.
- Soutenir readiness opérationnelle, workflows et onboarding.
- Préparer notes, mises à jour et rapports pour dirigeants et gouvernance.
- Soutenir reddition de comptes Ontario Health.
- Maintenir documentation, decision logs et registres de risques.
- Diriger les opérations quotidiennes de la clinique après lancement.
Qualifications
- Leadership en santé ou services communautaires.
- Gestion de projets complexes en santé, soins primaires ou systèmes de santé.
- Compréhension des soins primaires ontariens et OHT.
- Capacité à coordonner clinique, opérations, numérique et gouvernance.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles.
- PMP ou expérience équivalente comme atout.
Additional information
Nouveau poste. Salaire : 84 000 $. L’IA ne sera pas utilisée pour l’évaluation.
