About the opportunity

Carter Wellington is recruiting Family Physicians for established medical clinics in Windsor, Ontario. The opportunity is designed for physicians seeking a supported, team-oriented primary-care environment with a broad patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging.
• Prescribe evidence-based treatments and provide follow-up.
• Deliver preventive care, health education and lifestyle counselling.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid CPSO licence or eligibility to obtain Ontario licensure.
• Family Medicine residency or related recognized training.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Patient-centred, collaborative approach.

Compensation and benefits

• Published earning range: $350,000–$550,000 CAD.
