About the opportunity
An integrated real estate development and construction organization is hiring a Real Estate & Construction Manager to lead projects from concept through completion while connecting development, construction, finance and external partners.
Key responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end real estate development and construction delivery.
• Manage permitting, rezoning and project approvals.
• Coordinate contracts, project risk and financial analysis.
• Work across development, construction operations and finance.
• Maintain disciplined execution and long-term asset performance.

• Experience leading real estate development and construction projects.
• Ability to manage approvals, contracts, risk and financial considerations.
