About the opportunity
Cowichan Valley Regional District is recruiting a Corporate Officer to safeguard the integrity of statutory and governance processes and support transparent, accountable decision-making.
Key responsibilities
• Provide leadership for legislative governance and corporate administration.
• Support Board and committee processes and advise senior leadership.
• Oversee records, freedom-of-information and privacy responsibilities.
• Support democratic processes, policy and organizational governance.
• Help the Regional District meet statutory obligations and manage governance risk.
Qualifications
What you bring
• Senior-level governance or corporate-administration experience.
• Political acuity and strong advisory capability.
• Ability to work with boards, committees, executives and public-sector stakeholders.

Salary: CAD 138,044.02–161,511.50 per year
