Role description
About the opportunity
The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is recruiting a Manager, Environmental Programs + Compliance to provide strategic leadership across environmental programs, regulatory compliance and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
• Lead environmental monitoring, pollution control and waste-diversion initiatives.
• Oversee stewardship of regional parks, utilities, facilities and natural assets.
• Guide program planning, policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Work with staff, contractors, regulators, elected officials and community partners.
• Support sustainable infrastructure, service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Leadership experience relevant to environmental programs and compliance.
• Ability to work across regulatory, operational and community stakeholders.
• Strength in planning, policy, compliance and service improvement.

Salary: CAD 108,500–125,000 per year
