Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing process from incoming raw materials through finished-product assembly and works closely with the production team to meet production targets while maintaining strong quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated manufacturing or production-supervision experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive process-improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory-management principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with computerized production-management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Schedule: full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekend flexibility may occasionally be required.
Published pay range: $38.50 to $48.00 per hour.
